Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining, with the ability to work with various materials and precision instruments.
This role is crucial for producing high-quality components that meet precise specifications and tolerances.
Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Interpret and read blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T to ensure accurate machining processes.
• Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls and CAM programming software.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.
• Maintain tooling and perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAM programming, and blueprint reading.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining various materials including plastics for injection molding.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Background check may be required.
• This position includes a 90-day probationary period to assess performance, attendance, and overall fit.
• Full-time benefits typically begin after successful completion of this period.
