CNC Machine Operator 2nd shift 19+ DOE

Abundant Solutions is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with CNC experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Pay:$20.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience) Night Shift CNC:Mon-Thur 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Key Responsibilities: * Set up CNC machines for production, including tooling and fixtures * Input, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code or similar) * Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints * Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed * Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools * Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines * Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace Requirements: * Experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, or both) * Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) * Basic understanding of feeds, speeds, and tool paths * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication and teamwork skills * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Experience with CNC mills, HAAS, or FANUC controls is a plus!!!!!!!!!!!!!
