CNC Machinist | 30+/hour | First Shift

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedCNC Machinistto join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components based on detailed specifications. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where quality and craftsmanship matter. Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform a variety of machining operations (milling, turning, drilling, grinding) • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications • Select and install proper tools, fixtures, and materials based on job requirements • Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation • Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and surface finishes • Perform in-process and final part inspections using measuring tools • Troubleshoot and resolve machine or tooling issues • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment • Accurately document work and follow job travelers or routers Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) • Proficient with basic shop math and mechanical principles • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset • Familiarity with power tools and general shop equipment • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices is a plus • Ability to work independently or as part of a team Apply Today!
