CNC Machinist

Location: Redmond WA Compensation: $27- $35 hourly DOE / Full Benefits Full Time / On-site U.S. Citizen or Green Card required Job Description: CNC Machinist Quala is seeking a CNC machinist to join our service team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art prototyping lab where team members are bringing to life next generation consumer electronic devices. This role requires on-site work in Redmond, WA. Principal Responsibilities: • Material preparation • Machine set up and tear down • Run Programs at CNC machines • Manual machining as needed • Support raw material inventory and organization • Operate and help maintain sawing equipment • Support all model makers and fabricators as needed Qualifications: • 1-2 years of professional or academic experience setting up and operating CNC machines. • Works well in a team environment. • High attention to detail • Basic machine shop experience • Experience operating basic shop tools and equipment (saws, manual mills, measuring tools etc.) • Ability to learn newer technology such as waterjet and laser cutter • Academic or professional experience with CAM software • Model Maker/Prototyping experience a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate range $27 - $35 hourly DOE Robust Benefits that include: • $1 for $1 matching 401(k) with NO vesting period! • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Life insurance, STD, LTD • PTO, paid holidays, and more Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) 3% Match • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
