CNC Mill & Lathe Setup/Operator

Phoenix, 85034 Responsibilities and Duties • Must be able to setup/operate CNC Mill 3 and 4 axis • Must be able to setup/operate Lathe Y-axis live tooling • Must be able to modify programs at the machine • Setup, proof and run programs, make necessary adjustments to produce parts • Inspect parts to drawings and fill out first article • Make offsets on machines to keep parts in tolerance • Load and touch off tools on both mill and lathe with indicator and/or probe • Work at high pace with minimal supervision • Must be able to use common measuring equipment • Troubleshooting skills • Common knowledge of GD&T • Responsible for part through production life cycle • Part post process - deburring, tumbling and packaging • Proficient in EXCEL and Microsoft Word • Experience with the following machines: Haas VF2SS,VF4SS 3-4 axis, ST20,SL20,ST25Y,ST35Y, Mori CL25B, Nakamura Tome TMC-15 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Experience: • CNC Lathe and Mill: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
