CNC Production Engineer 5 years+ experience

As a CNC Programmer & Machine Operator, you will: • Program and operateCNC mills and CNC machining centersto produce precision parts. • Operate several ancillary machines and tools. • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate machining. • Adjust machine settings and tooling for optimal performance and efficiency. • Conduct quality inspections to verify part accuracy and adherence to specifications. • Maintain equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform preventive maintenance. • Build jigs and fixtures. Develop methods to run parts in short run and production scale. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience programming and operating CNC mills and machining centers. • Hands-on experience with manual machines. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and working with CAD/CAM software. • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machining issues. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Bilingual Spanish/English speaker.
