This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a CNIC SharePoint Content Manager | Active TS Clearance in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical government IT operations through the management and modernization of enterprise SharePoint Online environments. The position focuses on improving collaboration, content organization, and user experience across large-scale digital platforms used by federal stakeholders. You will play a key role in content migration initiatives, governance support, and SharePoint administration while collaborating with technical teams and end-users in a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in SharePoint Online, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable supporting both strategic modernization efforts and daily operational tasks. Accountabilities:

  • Support SharePoint Online content cleanup, migration preparation, and data mapping activities for enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.
  • Assist with migrating legacy content into modern SharePoint Online environments while validating structure, taxonomy, and navigation consistency.
  • Create, update, and optimize SharePoint Online pages, libraries, lists, and site structures using modern SharePoint capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support for site enhancements, page layouts, usability improvements, and content organization requests from internal stakeholders.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, user access requests, and troubleshooting activities related to accounts, permissions, and site accessibility.
  • Maintain governance standards, documentation, SOPs, and user guidance materials to ensure consistency across SharePoint environments.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to support content administration, modernization efforts, and enterprise governance initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. Citizenship are required for this position.
    • 8+ years of experience in SharePoint content administration, SharePoint Online management, or related enterprise collaboration environments.
    • Strong expertise with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, including site collection administration, modern page development, libraries, navigation, and permissions management.
    • Experience supporting content migration projects, content restructuring, metadata management, and enterprise-level governance standards.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot user access issues, permissions problems, and day-to-day SharePoint operational challenges.
    • DoD 8570 IAT II compliant certification required, such as Security+ CE.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Experience within government, defense, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Power Automate, workflows, and SharePoint governance best practices is considered a plus.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
