Role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and architecture of back-end and command-line interface systems 
• Develop robust and high-quality tools and solutions, by putting the user’s requirements first 
• Build and integrate testing into capability development
• Facilitate delivery and deployment of operational capabilities
• Technical customer engagements as needed for requirements refinement

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility (note, only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances)
• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Degree requirement can be met with four years of hands on experience in a software engineer or similar full time position
• 1+ years of experience in CNO development, embedded development, or a similar software engineer discipline; internships count
• Understanding of CNO tradecraft or the cyber operations domain
• Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages - C/C++, Assembly, Go, RUST, or Python
• Comfortable and proficient in Linux or Windows-based development environments
• Understanding of network programming fundamentals and API’s in C
• Understanding of CMake/Make and embedded build systems
• Experience with socket-programming
• Ability to collaborate as a team but execute independently
• Comfortable in a high-trust, adaptable, team environment

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to the required qualifications)

• Embedded Linux development experience
• Experience communicating with customers and end-users
