What you will learn and contribute to

Lead and manage a cross-functional team (matrix management structure) including sales, pre-sales, delivery and support functions to develop, operationalize and execute the e2e go-to-market strategy for a given MU/CBT or territory.

    • Provide business and functional leadership to a cross-functional team including Business Applications Sales, Core account managers (dotted-line), pre-sales, delivery (dotted-line) and supporting teams to develop and execute the CNS MU/CBT go-to-market strategy.
    • Manage end-to-end sales and business process execution to meet or exceed the financial targets (O/S/SM) for an MU/CBT.
    • Represent the CNS business to key customers by developing, managing and leveraging C-Suite (CIO, SMO, CSO) relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across sales, product and delivery teams.
    • Manage, in full partnership with the CX organization, the go-to-market organization and sales performance activities for an MU/CBT.
    • Optimize AM coverage plans, drive sales performance, monitoring of KPI's and the execution of action plans.
    • Partner with CX and broader support teams to ensure CNS go-to-market strategy alignment and business execution.
    • Develop and leverage an understanding of the strategic and business challenges in the MU/CBT and specific customer needs to identify, develop and drive new business opportunities.
    • Implement effective e2e sales execution processes including strategic account management and planning, pipeline development, pre-sales, overall business management and forecasting.
    • Drive a strong pipeline (continuous replenishment) that supports the achievement of financial targets and that adheres to key CRM principles and metrics (development, velocity, conversion, quality).
    • Provide business and functional leadership to drive deals through the sales process (from opportunity identification through the handover to delivery).
    • Manage people related activities for cross-functional teams to ensure employee engagement, motivation and productivity through constructive feedback and open communications.

  • Pipeline management KPIs (size, velocity, conversion, quality)
  • Deal win & conversion rates
  • Customer satisfaction (CES)
  • People (change map, workforce management, org health)

Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your skills and experience

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years channel sales experience in telecommunications and knowledge/experience with private wireless technology.
  • Strong background and experience in sell-through model.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
  • Solid business acumen with an understanding of complex business matters and customer needs.
  • Ability to understand the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e., consultative sales approach for selling solutions).
  • Creative 'out of the box' thinker and a 'challenger' mindset with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to bring cross-functional teams together in support of selling efforts and operate in a matrix management structure.
