Co-Investments & GP-Led Secondaries - Vice President

iCapital is looking for a Vice President who will be responsible for the sourcing and evaluation of private equity co-investments and concentrated GP-led secondaries. This investment professional will play an integral role in helping grow both our Direct Private Investment Program and our evergreen registered fund business.

• Help source and triage investment opportunities from the sponsor and intermediary community.
• Perform due diligence on companies and their industries, as well as sponsor partners.
• Customize financial underwriting models.
• Draft investment memoranda presentations.
• Manage internal process for onboarding new investments, as needed.
• Discuss prospective and completed investments with investors, as needed.
• Monitor the portfolio (e.g., review quarterly updates, conduct calls with sponsors).
• Mentor and oversee junior investment professionals.

• 6+ years of relevant experience across co-investments and/or secondaries (either as an investor or advisor) and/or investment banking
• Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to problem-solve and make logical recommendations under pressure
• Professional and confident demeanor, including comfort interacting with senior personnel in the industry
