Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

What your background should look like:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare regular/ad-hoc reports as required

Prepare the refund documents and help coordinate with bank
Support on inventory loss/FA loss documents preparation
Support BOP declaration in SAFE system
Support ICO accountant on other matters

REQUIREMENTS
College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field
Graduate in CY2025
Proficient in MS Office
Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated.
