Co-operative Trainee - Production

You as a Co-operative Trainee - Production will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for learning and onboarding in various programs and functions across the organization in 3 - 6-month spells, seeking to further comprehension of the company and its workings for accelerated growth and progression within the organization.
• Key areas of responsibility include shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
• Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
• Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
• Proving a high-level comprehension of the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
