Practice Setting:

• Join a team of 8 OBGYNs in our award-winning healthcare system 
• Access multiple subspecialty departments, including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Urology, Oncology, Neurology, and General, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Vascular, Gynecology/Oncology, and Oncology Surgery.
• New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth 
• DaVinci XI is available for those interested - not required to use
• The team averages around 115-120 deliveries per month
• Anesthesia is onsite 24/7

Schedule:

• Busy practice being able to see as many patients as you're comfortable with
• 4 day clinic workweek
• Call is 1:7, clinic and hospital call overlap on the same dates for a work/life balance
• OB hospitalist is onsite 24/7

Compensation & Benefits:

• $375k base compensation + wRVU productivity with excellent earning potential (the team average is $447k)
• $50,000 recruitment incentive
