Cobol Programmer Analyst

– Sr. technical profile for analysis support and parameterization tasks of the group’s tool intended for integration requires knowledge of MQ / DB2 and CICS.
– Support to development teams in the face of new requirements.
– Survey analysis and documentation tasks of existing processes batch and online. Effort estimation.
– Possible online and Batch programming tasks are also required due to modifications.
– Diagnosis and resolution of errors in productive environments (Incident management) and non-productive environments (Support for development/testing teams).
– Review of logs assembly and execution of unit tests of the processes.
– Implementations in all environments using the tools detailed below autonomously ability to self-manage on a day-to-day basis.

– Operating System: Z/OS environment management
– Programming languages: COBOL/CICS/DB2 (Online and Batch) / JCL
– Tools: MQ / Endevor / Rational IDZ and Personal Communicator / File Manager. Zconnect (development and implementation)
– Others: VSAM file management Sequential Sort and utilities for file management and DB2. CICS and DB2 commands. Basic knowledge of RACF / Omegamon.
