The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious COBRA Department Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Cranston, RI. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the COBRA Administration department.
- Ensure compliance with all COBRA regulations and company policies.
- Manage a team of COBRA specialists, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Handle escalated issues and complex cases related to COBRA administration.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in COBRA benefits administration.
- Proven experience in a TPA environment.
- Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
