CoE Automation Lead F/M/X

Localisation: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier), Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg), Slough (United-Kingdom)

The strategic ambition is to serve 35m pets and generate $7b NSV by 2025. These ambitions call for capabilities enabling sustainable omni channel growth, inventory turnover ratio improvement, real time analytics and visibility driven by data, channel expansion seamlessly integrated and confirmed customer satisfaction in line with the quality and passion we put in our products.

In 2021, we acknowledged the need for Enterprise Architecture changes based on an analysis looking at our business needs, our current pain points, our technical gaps, and our strategic vision.

The current application systems architecture supporting order to cash, produce to deliver and record to record business capabilities is not adapted to the business growth and evolution beyond 2026.

To enable Vision 2025, several transformation programs have already started and other must be launched.

These programs are not just systems upgrades or changes, they will also focus on standardization of the business processes. To create value, they are business transformations needing a specific organizational design to ensure quality, efficiency, governance, visibility, and transparency. They must be business led from the top of the organization down to every unit.

What are we looking for?

The role is global across all regions and all functions. It delivers automation solution to various different stakeholder including all SAP ERP functional streams and Petcare transformation Digital Technology Team.

The role holder does:

• Lead automation activities delivered to functional streams and their business counterparts

• Lead automation delivered internally within Petcare transformation Digital Technology team

• Engage with his/her stakeholders to seek, identify and understand needs

• Proactively propose automation ideas

• Brings leading knowledge in automation area, as he/she scans the environment for new existing solution and partners with expert from SAP and other third companies.

• Pull a diverse group of individuals together and facilitate decision making process

• Design and implement automation solutions, driving System Integration team

• Understand technical challenges & complexity

What will be your key responsibilities?

Role holder is responsible for designing, implementing and documenting automation solution for the entire SAP scope of Petcare transformation program.

• Functional and Technical understanding of SAP S/4 ERP capabilities

• Participate to defining the processes to automate business processes, workflow, tests, etc.

• Work in collaboration with both central testing and release team and System Integrator partner

• Work in close collaboration with each functional Petcare transformation teams to define the scope, propose design and deliver automation solutions

• Allocate & drive System Integrator resources to deliver automation upon scope/quality/time and budget

• Work with SAP or any other experts to insure we get the best solution
