Job Description
About the Role
The MP & Union team work with UKI Driver & Policy teams in reviewing and responding to driver account escalations that have been requested by Members of Parliament or Unions across the UK and Ireland. This individual will work in drafting up legal documentation that provides an in depth review of driver history in relation to our SRC and driver process and policies.
Those interested will need strong written communication skills, attention to detail, good organisational abilities, and experience working with internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Action any casework from Unions, Members of Parliament or Legal representatives
- Draft legal letters and documentation to set for review
- Work to meet all SLAs that have been implemented across each request
- Take the lead on drafting responses to more complex cases
- Provide feedback on any of our processes and workflows in a prompt and consistent manner
- Join meetings with our UK Stakeholders
