Responsibilities

The Senior Automation Engineer designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated processes leveraging Intelligent Automation Technologies (RPA & Cognitive), and is responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of Java experience
• Demonstrated experience in building cognitive solutions using Cognitive Cloud Stack (AWS, Google, Microsoft)
• Working knowledge of RPA Platforms
• Knowledge consuming REST/SOAP APIs
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Worked in Full Stack Roles
• Experience using GIT
• Have worked with offshore/nearshore colleagues
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both business as well as technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Selenium/RPA
• Experience with Automation Discovery
• Experience in Workfusion, Automation Anywhere IQBot
• Familiarity with SAFe and/or Agile methodologies
• CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of Machine Learning (ML)/AI
• Master's Degree in Computer Science
