Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cold outreach strategies to engage potential clients and leads.
• Utilize email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to connect with decision-makers.
• Identify new opportunities for lead generation and continuously expand the lead database.
• Collaborate with the business development team to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Track and optimize outreach campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email automation tools.
• Ability to work independently, think strategically, and deliver results.
• Familiarity with the tech and design industry is a plus.
