Job Description

As a Collateral Specialist with Frost, you will be responsible for conducting lien releases and/or monitoring flood insurance on various loans. Responsibilities will include adhering to established procedures for the accurate preparation of releases and transfers of liens on all types of collateral; researching previously paid out loans and acquisition loans; and communicating with both internal and external customers on various matters. The candidate will research and complete related inquiries to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining a prudent decision making process so as to adequately protect the Bank's assets.

Required:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
• Ability to work as a team player
• Loan documentation or title company experience, as needed

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Imaging system
• Knowledge of SHAW loan system and ILIEN
