The eBay North America Collectibles team is looking for a Project Manager, who can be a key driver for projects on our Collectibles team, mainly centered around the business integration between TCGplayer.com and eBay.

Success in this role is defined by taking ownership and leadership of the projects, effective communication with stakeholders, defining the right project goals, and driving projects forward through completion despite risks and issues that will arise. Ideal candidate will look to organize the work, frequently prioritize, communicate often, and flag risks/ issues with recommended solutions for quick resolution.

Your specific duties as a project manager will include:

• Determine and defining project scope and objectives, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan including budgets. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Responsible for leading financial objectives and scorecard development/management, and building/maintaining project-level financial models while developing executive level dashboarding
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Managing resources and schedules, including identifying and securing any necessary resources
• Monitoring project progress and performance. Identifying and addressing any risks or issues that arise
• Drives project communication, including providing regular updates on project progress to
• Responsible for ensuring that projects align with eBay's collectibles (US and international) business goals and objectives with TCGplayer integration

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently without guidance.
• Consistently shows the ability to go through walls with a "can do" attitude.
• Strong drive and curiosity to generate new ideas, identify opportunities and create vision to drive the business forward.
• 6+ years in project management, PMP certification is a plus
• Advanced excel skills including financial modeling
• Industry experience in commerce/ retail, consumer goods or internet services. Collectibles experience a plus
• Any experience in private equity, investment, banking experience a plus
• BS/BA degree

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range below.

$106,800 - $162,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
