In this role, you will review clients’ accounts in Western Union database, adjust our agents’ status according to credit policies and enter payment confirmations. Also, you will identify vulnerable customers and escalate their cases to the credit supervisor.Â

Role ResponsibilitiesÂ
• We’ll be looking for you to contact our agents and determine the reason for the delayed payments and obtain payment commitment.Â
• You will be taking our agents’ inbound calls when they need some assistance with their status activation, or they need a temporary increase for the credit limit to be approved. These calls are predominantly routine and will take up to 20% of the working day time, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.Â
• Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve the issues. Â
• Making outbound calls which is about 30% of the day’s task.Â

Role RequirementsÂ
• Ability to communicate in English.Â
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â
• Experience within the customer service field, working with credits or experience gained in the financial institution would be considered as an advantage.Â
• Knowledge about credit & debit. Â
• Schedule flexibility (will be needed to work on Saturdays).Â
• Self-motivation and a “can-do” attitude.Â
• Team player qualities and ability to collaborate with various people.Â
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Â

This is defined as a flexible working arrangement that enables employees to divide their time between working from home and working from an office location.
