As our College Intern - IT Business Analysis, you'll be exposed to various executives and lines of business throughout the organization. What you'll do:

• Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, brokerage and investments to acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry
• Collaborate on the development and documentation of processes and procedures
• Support in compiling and analyzing metrics for reporting purposes
• Manage and support various process improvement initiatives
• Document meeting minutes, tracking, and assigning action items
• Perform thorough research and analysis
• Perform meaningful work to get valuable experience and further Frost as an organization
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you'll need:

• Must be a Junior or Senior level student enrolled in a four-year degree program focused on Computer Science/Software Engineering
• Minimum 3.0 G.P.A.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week in San Antonio, TX
• Strong organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
