College Intern - Productivity Team

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented College Intern to join our Productivity team under Digital and Information Technology. This remote internship position is designed to provide a hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations to students who are passionate about pursuing a career in information technology. The intern will work closely with our experienced IT professionals to support and enhance our infrastructure and ensure the seamless operation of our IT services.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate technical information effectively.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Initiative: Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, endpoint devices with Windows 11 and Mac, and mobile devices such as Android and iOS.
• Knowledge of device management through Jamf and Intune is a plus.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Workato and Power Automate.
• Interest in AI and its applications in automation.
• Experience with or knowledge of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop and implement automation solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.

Target hourly range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $20 hourly.  Internship length June 17th - August 16th.
