@LifeAtALKU as the College Relationship Specialist:

ALKU is looking to hire a College Relationship Specialist to join our team. This person will drive campus recruitment efforts using a hybrid strategy with the main mission of building a pipeline of quality candidates from colleges/universities for our internship and entry-level positions. This person will do this by establishing new relationships with college/university personnel, enhancing existing partnerships, and offering professional development to students and prospective candidates for the ALKrew.  This person will represent ALKU in career fairs, info sessions, sales competitions, guest-speaking engagements, and other on-campus and virtual events to build ALKU’s brand and recruit top talent for all ALKU offices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Connect with the appropriate college/university personnel to build relationships and work to maintain current relationships
• Plan, host, and attend campus recruitment events per academic year related to ALKU and professional development
• Collaborate with Internal Recruiting to build a pipeline of candidates from core colleges/universities for our internship and entry-level positions
• Continued engagement with hires and applicants from core schools/universities throughout the academic year
