An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital in Wisconsin seeks an FMOB to join its growing team of physicians

Position Highlights:
• Incredible autonomy and work/life balance by building your own schedule- option for 28-36 patient-facing hours and 4-5 day work week
• Supportive Team of FMOBs, OB/GYN, General Surgeons, CRNAs, and APPs including a skilled midwife
• Opportunity for Hospitalist shifts or Nursing Home rounds if desired, but 100% optional
• Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported including women's health, sports medicine, geriatrics, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary + wRVUs + call pay + $30K in Quality Incentives = $500K+ Earnings
• $170K Recruitment Package Built Based on Your Needs including sign-on, relocation, assistance,
• Robust benefits package includes healthcare, malpractice, 7 weeks PTO, CME allowance, etc.
