About the Job:
As a member of our Data Team, you will work across Capco's different domains and solution offerings to help break down large problems, develop approaches and solutions. As a Collibra Technical Lead, you will lead complex implementations and solution development, across the Collibra platform.
What You'll Get to Do:

• Assess current-state Collibra implementations to identify pain-points, develop future-state requirements and implement solutions, leveraging the entire Collibra suite of products
• Provide thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices in Collibra that are required to deliver effective data governance solutions to clients using the Collibra solution.
• Recommend and implement future-state Collibra operating model, and asset model including workflows, roles and responsibilities.
• Work to develop and implement complex solutions, across the various modules of Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud suite

What You'll Bring with You:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent/related degree required. Master's preferred.
• Banking product knowledge on capital markets and core banking products
• Understanding of the benefits and limitations of using out-of-the-box Collibra features.
• Proficiency at documenting the configuration of Collibra.
• Capability to build a metamodel.
• Experience with the Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud suite.
• Experience setting up a business glossary, data catalog and data quality solution with Collibra.
• Experience designing custom asset models with Collibra.
• Knowledge of customizing workflow
