- Generate sales leads through a wide variety of means.
- Accurately build and provide estimates to clients while effectively communicating and providing detailed notes, rebate information, financing rates, permit information and HERS testing details.
- Represent and follow the Bonney 5-star service system guidelines
- Follow every single job from start to finish to ensure that the 5-star service the client has purchased is being delivered every single time:
- Collecting all required signatures, from the agreement all the way through to the financing paperwork and the completion signature
- Communicate with the install department before and after the install while keeping close contact with the field supervisor to guarantee everything that was promised has been delivered.
- Keep in contact with the client throughout the installation process communicating any challenges or changes being made to the original scope of work while providing and thoroughly explaining solutions and alternatives to the client before the adjustments begin.
- Verify that the job has been completed to the client’s satisfaction on the day of completion and secure payment
- Attend weekly sales meetings.
- Ensure policies and procedures of the department and company are being followed.
- Completes/contributes to team member performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
- May be required to work overtime
- Pursue every job with drive and determination.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business.
