Aperçu:

En tant que commandant d'incident MIM (Gestion des incidents majeurs), vous serez responsable de diriger et de coordonner toutes les activités liées à la réponse aux incidents et à leur gestion dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise McKesson. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour garantir la résolution efficace et efficace des incidents, minimisant ainsi l'impact sur nos systèmes et services aux patients et aux clients. Le candidat idéal possédera d'excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, ainsi qu'une expertise technique et la capacité de prendre des décisions décisives sous pression.

Responsabilités:
  • Diriger la rĂ©ponse aux incidents : Agir en tant que point de contact principal lors des incidents majeurs, fournissant une communication claire et efficace aux parties prenantes, Ă  la direction supĂ©rieure et aux Ă©quipes techniques. Prendre en charge le processus de rĂ©ponse aux incidents, en veillant Ă  une rĂ©solution rapide et Ă  une rĂ©duction des temps d'arrĂŞt.
  • Gestion des incidents : DĂ©velopper et mettre en Ĺ“uvre des processus et des procĂ©dures de gestion des incidents majeurs, en veillant Ă  ce qu'ils soient conformes aux meilleures pratiques de l'industrie. AmĂ©liorer en permanence les capacitĂ©s de rĂ©ponse aux incidents en analysant les incidents passĂ©s et en mettant en Ĺ“uvre les enseignements tirĂ©s.
  • Coordination de l'Ă©quipe : Coordonner et diriger des Ă©quipes interfonctionnelles lors de la rĂ©ponse aux incidents, y compris des Ă©quipes techniques, des experts en la matière et des fournisseurs externes si nĂ©cessaire. Attribuer des responsabilitĂ©s, Ă©tablir des prioritĂ©s et garantir une collaboration et une communication efficaces entre les membres de l'Ă©quipe.
  • Engagement des parties prenantes : Collaborer avec les parties prenantes de l'organisation, y compris les opĂ©rations informatiques, la sĂ©curitĂ©, l'ingĂ©nierie et les unitĂ©s opĂ©rationnelles, afin d'assurer une rĂ©ponse coordonnĂ©e aux incidents. GĂ©rer les attentes, fournir des mises Ă  jour rĂ©gulières et veiller Ă  ce que les parties prenantes soient tenues informĂ©es tout au long du cycle de vie de l'incident.
  • Analyse des incidents : Effectuer une analyse après incident et fournir des rapports complets Ă  la direction, mettant en Ă©vidence les causes profondes, les actions de remĂ©diation recommandĂ©es et les opportunitĂ©s d'amĂ©lioration. Identifier les tendances et les motifs des incidents afin de rĂ©soudre proactivement les problèmes rĂ©currents.
  • Excellence opĂ©rationnelle : Maintenir des cadres de politique et de gouvernance pour favoriser la maturitĂ©/mesurer la conformitĂ© et l'efficacitĂ© du processus MIM. Établir un programme de formation MIM qui identifie des rĂ´les et responsabilitĂ©s clairs pour l'Ă©quipe de rĂ©ponse aux incidents, en veillant Ă  ce que tous les membres comprennent leurs tâches et soient adĂ©quatement formĂ©s. RĂ©aliser rĂ©gulièrement des exercices de simulation pour tester les plans de rĂ©ponse, les procĂ©dures d'escalade et les protocoles de communication.
  • Documentation et rapports : S'assurer que l'Ă©quipe offshore maintient une documentation prĂ©cise et dĂ©taillĂ©e des incidents, y compris les dĂ©lais, les actions entreprises et les rĂ©solutions. GĂ©nĂ©rer des rapports d'incident, des mĂ©triques de performance et des tableaux de bord


Exigences :
  • BaccalaurĂ©at en informatique, en technologie de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe. Les certifications pertinentes (par exemple, ITIL, CISSP, CISM) sont très souhaitables.
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e en tant que commandant d'incident ou dans un rĂ´le similaire de gestion des incidents au sein d'un environnement informatique complexe.

Shift: 4 days work & 4 days off 10 hour shifts (evening)

Overview:

As an MIM Incident Commander, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all activities related to incident response and management across the McKesson Enterprise. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of incidents, minimizing the impact on our systems, services to patients and customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication & leadership skills as well as technical expertise, and the ability to make decisive decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Incident Response: Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents, providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders, senior management, and technical teams. Take charge of the incident response process, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Incident Management: Develop and implement major incident management processes and procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Continuously improve incident response capabilities by analyzing past incidents and implementing lessons learned.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and direct cross-functional teams during incident response, including technical teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors if required. Assign responsibilities, establish priorities, and ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including IT operations, security, engineering, and business units, to ensure a coordinated response to incidents. Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Incident Analysis: Conduct post-incident analysis and provide comprehensive reports to management, highlighting root causes, recommended remediation actions, and opportunities for improvement. Identify patterns and trends in incidents to proactively address recurring issues.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain policy & governance frameworks to drive maturity / measure compliance and effectiveness of the MIM process. Establish a MIM training programme that identifies clear roles and responsibilities for the incident response team, ensuring that all members understand their tasks and are adequately trained. Undertake regular table-top exercises to test response plans, escalation procedures, and communication protocols.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure the offshore team maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents, including timelines, actions taken, and resolutions. Generate incident reports, performance metrics, and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and incident management best practices. Proactively identify areas for improvement in incident response processes, tools, and workflows, and drive the implementation of enhancements.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an Incident Commander or in a similar incident management role within a complex IT environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in incident response, IT operations, network security, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Ability to work non-standard business hours (including nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Experience in being able to effectively lead matrix resources / cross-functional professionals in geographically dispersed environments.
  • Expertise in communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner to different tiers of audiences (highly technical, less technical, executives, practitioners)
  • Experience with incident management tools and platforms (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to incident response and cybersecurity.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
