COMMERCIAL PLUMBER FOREMAN South Jersey Commercial Plumbing Company in business 25+ years seekingPlumbingForemen. Applicants should be able to run all phases of Commercial Plumbing. Responsibilities: • Read blueprints to determine optimal work procedures • Work and supervise others in all phases of commercial plumbing • Install new commercial plumbing according to blueprints and codes. • Lay out, install copper/ PVC piping and setting fixtures in all phases of below and above ground plumbing. • Manage projects/Mentor plumbers. • Regularly report project status to office including any issues or incidents to manager and general contractor for field RFI’s, etc. • Lead by example; understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial plumbing preferred • Valid driver’s license and hand tools required • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and review submittals • Ability to handle physical workload (climbing ladders, hand digging trenches, carrying fixtures, and the use of lifts and/or excavators) • Strong troubleshooting, verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
