This role sits at the intersection of high-growth SaaS sales, strategic account development, and value-driven customer engagement. You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market commercial organizations, acting as a trusted advisor to marketing and sales leaders. The position requires a strong mix of hunting new business, managing pipeline rigor, and delivering compelling, consultative presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate deal cycles and maximize customer value. Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive end-to-end sales execution across a defined territory, building pipeline, closing deals, and acting as a strategic partner to prospective customers throughout their buying journey.

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close for commercial mid-market accounts
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within target organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing and sales leaders, positioning solutions aligned to business needs and outcomes
  • Deliver value-based sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to customer priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Navigate complex buying processes and engage key stakeholders, including C-level decision makers
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive landscape and market positioning to differentiate solutions effectively
  • Manage forecasting, CRM updates, and sales reporting with accuracy and discipline
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) to improve deal qualification and execution
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate brings proven SaaS sales experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to operate confidently in consultative, high-performance environments.

    • 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, including mid-market or enterprise accounts (500–2,500+ employees)
    • At least 2+ years of experience in MarTech or marketing technology solutions
    • Strong track record of quota attainment and consistent overperformance (e.g., President’s Club-level achievement)
    • Experience selling to marketing and sales stakeholders with a strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline creation
    • Ability to run structured, value-based sales cycles from prospecting through close
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
    • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior and C-level stakeholders
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously
    • Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Webex, or similar platforms)
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
    • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC is highly valued
