Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. Duties • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure high hygiene standards. • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. • Follow established safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or post-event clean-up. • Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Requirements • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Good physical stamina; must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
