Commercial Cleaner – Evening Shifts (Part-Time)

Job Summary We hiringexperienced commercial cleanerswho are serious about delivering quality, consistent work. This is apart-time evening role(starting after 6 PM), with the potential to grow into full-timebased on your performance, communication, and reliability. We service professional environments likeoffices, medical/dental clinics, and daycares. Cleaners will typically be assigned to1–2 recurring job sitesand must be prepared to work independently and meet high standards from day one. Requirements • 5+ years of commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred • Must be able totravel throughout all 5 boroughs • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Available to workevening shifts (6 PM–12 AM range) • Able to start workquickly after training • Comfortable working independently and following detailed checklists • Dependable, on-time, and focused on delivering consistent, high-quality work Responsibilities • Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces • Use appropriate cleaning supplies and tools to maintain cleanliness and hygiene • Clean, sanitize, and disinfect all surfaces following established procedures • Vacuum, mop, dust, and remove trash as part of regular service • Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies as needed • Lock up and follow site-specific closing procedures (when applicable) • Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to your supervisor • Maintain inventory of supplies and request refills in a timely manner Experience & Skills • Previous experience incommercial, janitorial, or custodial cleaning • Familiarity with professional cleaning practices and expectations • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured systems • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a small team What We Offer • Competitive pay for experienced cleaners • A professional and supportive work environment • Structured checklists and cleaning protocols • Room to grow into a full-time role based on proven performance If you take pride in your work, communicate clearly, and are looking to grow with a company that values consistency and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you.
