Commercial Construction Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires 2 or more years construction experience. Restaurant construction experience a strong plus. Able to work days and nights. Valid Texas Driver's License with own transportation. Must be both reliable and dependable. No Felonies. Duties • Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment. • A team player with leadership abilities. • Able to read and understand blueprints a strong plus. • Good communication. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • commercial remodel experience a plus. • Basic carpentry knowledge, experience with hand tools required. • Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision. • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. • Help with the installation of structures and fixtures as directed by supervisors. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the project. • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Previous experience in construction or a related field. • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers. • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Reliable transportation to job sites is essential.
