Commercial Construction Project Manager(MEP Focus)

About the Role: Midstate Mechanical is looking for a results-drivenMEP Project Managerto lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. **Do not apply if you do not have hands on MEP field experience** Key Responsibilities: • Oversee multiple MEP commercial construction projects • Review contracts, budgets, blueprints, specs, and submittals • Manage scheduling, staffing, materials, equipment, and cost forecasting • Coordinate with field teams, GCs, subcontractors, and clients • Track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and commissioning coordination • Lead project close-out, punch lists, and turnover documentation Qualifications: • 7–10 years in MEP or commercial project management • 5+ years of experience in HVAC/mechanical trades • Ability to read/interpret drawings, specs, and contracts • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required Schedule & Compensation: • Hours:Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts • Pay:From $120,000+ year (DOE) • Location:In-person | Phoenix, AZ 85034 Benefits: • 401(k) + employer match • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Life Insurance & HSA • PTO & Paid Holidays • Referral & Employee Assistance Programs • Weekly Pay + Retirement Plan • Professional Development Support Ready to lead exciting commercial projects with a respected contractor?
