Full Time, Permanent, 42.5hrs a week: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Salary up to £44,485.00 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card

We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provide tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations and Housing Associations.

About the Role:

As a Commercial Gas Engineer you will be working within in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Commercial Gas Engineer you will primarily working on the water side, managing boiler plants, pumps, pressurization units, and handling general repairs and hot water failures. Additionally, the role requires participation in a 24/7 call-out rota to ensure prompt response to emergencies and submitting a list of tasks or issues to the client every Monday morning.

Role Criteria:

• Experience a Commercial Plant Engineer
• UK Full Driving Licence
• City and guilds in Heating and Ventilating and pipe fitting
