COMMERCIAL HVAC FOREMAN & INSTALLER

FOREMAN/LEAD INSTALLER • Minimum 5years experience in Commercial/Residential Installation • Have good management skills • Can read and understand plans • Have own tools • Good driving record HVAC PROJECT MANAGER Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster. • IMPORTANT - Has sufficient knowledge and experience on HVAC - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field • Oversee and manage all project details to include, but not limited to, staffing, materials, equipment, scheduling, purchasing, projections and related areas • Work with internal Company staff and departments on a variety of tasks associated with estimating, pre- and post-negotiations and other areas as required. Lead and direct crews on every project • Review contracts for scope, detail and requirements, specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other documents.
