Commercial HVAC Project Manager

J Wolf Mechanical is hiring! We are looking for a experience Commercial HVAC Project manager to join out team. Requirements: Minimum of 5yrs of project management of commercial projects in value of $100k-$1M+ (Design Build, Ground Up, TI, Remodel) Excellent communication skills High level of organization and construction knowledge High level computer skills (MS word,Excel,Outlook) Must be able to run multiple projects with high level of accuracy (from start to closeout) Maintain/Set budgets Valid drivers license Responsibilities: Communicate with GC's and owners Maintain/Set budgets Provide leadership for each project Monitor field labor, scheduling, cost and changes to the project Ensuring all projects have proper records, reports and correspondence Enforces all safety guidelines set forth in the company handbook are followed in the field Mentor project engineer We provide: Fast pace growing environment with the ability to advance in the company Competitive salary with commission Benefit package Company truck and cell phone Direct deposit Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
