Job description
Core Mechanical Inc, a leading HVAC/R company located in the Tri-State area, is seeking a seasoned sales person / project manager to join our team. A competitive salary and the opportunity for growth in our company are awaiting you. We are looking for a results driven individual that will actively seek out and engage customer prospects along with growing relationships and sales with new and existing customers. A vast knowledge of the HVAC/R industry is as must.
Requirements:
• Understanding profit and loss and the drive to ensure profits are made
• Knowledge of the HVAC/R field
• Ability to scope out, engineer, estimate and sell installation and replacement jobs. Qualified candidates must understand all components needed to complete the job from start to finish making the install/replacement profitable.
• Obtaining new customers and maintenance contracts
• Continuation of selling to our existing customers maintaining relationship
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell jobs and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Spec out, estimate and layout new installs and replacements of HVAC projects. (Must have knowledge in the mechanics of HVAC/Industry)
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
