Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time role working with commercial and light industrial HVAC systems — including diagnostics, controls, and system repairs. You’ll handle a variety of equipment and get the autonomy to work independently with the support of a team that knows the trade. What You’ll Be Doing: ● Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC/R equipment (RTUs, boilers, chillers, air handlers, split systems, etc.) ● Preventive maintenance on commercial and light industrial systems ● Working with HVAC control systems across various brands (console-level adjustments — no controls installs) ● Communicating clearly with customers and documenting service activity ● Managing your own workflow and service calls using company tools (iPads, field software, etc.) What We’re Looking For: ● 5+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial/industrial preferred) ● Refrigeration certification (EPA Universal required) ● Comfortable troubleshooting HVAC controls from the console ● Strong mechanical skills — familiar with airside systems, hydronic setups, chilled/steam loops, and PRVs ● Ability to work independently and serve as the face of our company on job sites ● Valid driver's license and clean driving record What You’ll Get: ● Competitive pay based on your skill level ($40-50/hr) ● Bonus potential and steady hours year-round ● Health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits ● Company vehicle, tools, and uniform ● Supportive team environment that values craftsmanship, not just speed If you're a dependable, experienced HVAC tech looking for a more technical role — one where you're trusted to do quality work — we’d love to connect.
