Job Duties include: • Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair to a variety of commercial HVAC systems, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, and BAS systems. • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to work efficiently- maximizing productivity and minimizing down time • Ability to utilize an electronic tablet for all facets of information sharing, scheduling, work order write ups, quotes, emails, etc. • Obtain vendor quotes, order parts and follow up with vendors until parts are received • Create quotes for customers • Ability to manage own portfolio of accounts (communicate and schedule directly with customers, prioritize workload, stay on task with PM’s, etc.)This will be a gradual process, allowing sufficient time for acclimation and development • Carrying and climbing ladders, up to 40’ • Share in after-hours on-call rotation (1-week intervals) • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as PPE, safety procedures and/or the maintenance of a clean work area Other Benefits Include: • Multi-Level, State-recognized Apprenticeship Program, providing theoretical and on-the-job training. • Bonuses/commissions available • 401K with company matching • Boot reimbursement program • Arc Flash uniforms provided • Annual performance review • Opportunities for advancement • Health plan with no premiums • Health/Flex spending accounts available • Short/Long term disability • Life Insurance • Company-sponsored events throughout the year to promote co-worker and family comradery Requirements: • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial HVAC Service a must. • Controls knowledge not required but is a plus! • EPA Type I + Type II refrigeration certification (Type III is a plus!) • Ability and willingness to work overtime (5-10 hrs. per week) • Reliability / dependability • Valid drivers license and a good record • Pre-employment substance screening, physical, and background check • This position requires a range of physical abilities consisting of climbing, carrying 50 lbs. or more, bending, reaching, kneeling, crawling, push/pull, heights, confined spaces, etc. For questions / additional information on physical requirements, feel free to inquire.
