Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview SNW Mechanical LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our small team. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in the field. As a technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients’ systems operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems • Install new HVAC equipment and appliances according to manufacturer specifications. • Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly. • Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system functionality. • Collaborate with other technicians and service personnel to complete complex repairs. • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on-site. Qualifications • Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC or related fields; minimum of 1 year • Familiarity with repair techniques and troubleshooting methods • Ability to read and interpret various HVAC systems • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial vehical experience is preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC installations is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Company truck Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay Experience: • HVAC: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
