What You’ll Be Doing: • Service and troubleshoot commercial rooftop units, chiller, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and pumps • Perform PMs and emergency service calls • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the office and clients • Submit digital reports, photos, and parts lists in real-time from the field • Occasionally assist with installs or controls work (we’ll train you if you're interested) What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience • EPA certification required • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong problem-solving skills and professional attitude • Willingness to be part of a rotating on-call schedule Perks & Benefits: • $3,000 sign-on bonus (paid at milestone) • Company vehicle, phone/tablet, and uniforms • Paid holidays and vacation • Healthcare, and training opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $36.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Overtime pay • Signing bonus Ability to Commute: • Manhattan, NY 10008 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Manhattan, NY 10008: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
