Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC SeniorTechnician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be knowledgeable in maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. 6-10 years of experience preferred in the commercial sector. Responsibilities - Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in HVAC equipment - Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper system functioning - Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and refrigeration gauges for diagnostics - Provide field service for emergency repairs - Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Ability to work on boiler systems - Experience in appliance and equipment repair Experience - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting - Certification in HVAC or related field is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous experience in a field service or maintenance role is advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) 3% Match • Company truck • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Nights as needed • On call • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Overtime pay Ability to Commute: • Richardson, TX (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Richardson, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
