Commercial HVAC Technician with Low Temp Experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Must have the ability to maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, reach in coolers, wine cellars and ice machines with complete confidence. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain low temp commercial refrigeration systems • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and refrigeration controls with complete confidence • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections • Accurately document service reports and communicate with customers professionally • Follow safety protocols and company procedures • Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed Skills • Experience in commercial refrigeration/low temp systems • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills • Familiarity with major brands - Ice Machines, Walk Ins and AC Units (e.g., Daiken, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, etc.) • Self-motivated, accountable, and customer-focused • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions (rooftops, coolers, etc.) What We Offer • Competitive pay + commissions • Company vehicle, fuel card & iPad • Paid time off, holidays • Ongoing training and growth opportunities • Supportive team culture that values your time and talent Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • Paid time off Ability to Commute: • Mesa, AZ 85210 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Mesa, AZ 85210: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
