Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heating and cooling systems. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including boilers, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to diagnose issues. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to improve service delivery. Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the service industry. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, appliance repair, plumbing, welding, and mechanics. • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC design. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Relevant certifications in HVAC technology or related fields are preferred but not required.
