Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Technician / Refrigeration / HVAC

Job OverviewService and repair Commercial Kitchen equipment (hot side). Service and repair refrigeration (cold side) Service and repair HVAC. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair Commercial Kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems and air conditioning units. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to HVAC, Refrigeration and Hot kitchen equipment. • Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration units. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all systems are functioning properly. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. • Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed for service calls. Experience • . • Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and tools used in the industry. • Previous experience as a van driver is preferred for transportation of tools and equipment. • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. • Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair processes. • Experience in property maintenance is a plus, enhancing overall service delivery.
