About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Lending Operations Coordinator with +3 years of experience to support a fast-paced lending team with operations, administrative coordination, client communication, and workflow management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support loan operations and underwriting workflows
- Coordinate document collection, condition lists, and follow-ups for active loan files
- Maintain organized loan files, pipelines, and operational systems
- Assist with onboarding borrowers, brokers, and strategic partners
- Manage email communication, calendars, reminders, and administrative coordination
- Support reporting, workflow tracking, and day-to-day operational processes
- Assist with CRM management, partner communication, and outreach initiatives
- Provide operational and executive support to Directors, Loan Officers, and Underwriters
Requirements
- Experience in commercial lending, real estate, mortgage, underwriting, or financial services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (C1 or higher)
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced lending environment
- Strong administrative and operational support experience
- Ability to manage confidential borrower and financial information
- Experience with CRMs, operational platforms, or workflow systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL) required. Experience with lending or loan origination systems is a plus
- Marketing coordination (preferred)
