Summary:


This position is responsible for the evaluation of commercial credit and deal structure for commercial & industrial and commercial real estate customers. Prepare a thorough analysis of all aspects of the credit, including the preparation of financial spreads including projections in conformance with established Bank policies and procedures for new loan requests, renewals and annual reviews.

Essential Duties:


•    Answer customer inquiries on existing loans
•    Research and analyze problems and recommend solutions
•    Setting up commercial loan files and continued credit file maintenance.
•    Responsible for sending professional print mail and emails to customers and vendors.
•    Responsible for maintaining department files in an accurate and efficient manner.
•    Perform procedures related to advances, pay downs, and disbursement process
•    Provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment
•    Assist in managing the commercial construction loan portfolio by reviewing inspection reports and updating the construction loan report.
•    Prepare and review documentation of commercial loan closings as needed.
•    Order credit reports and flood reports as needed.
•    Track and monitor financial statements, insurance and UCC-1’s on tracking software, Cash On Track.
•    Prepare Policy Exception Tracking Report
•    Provide administrative support to the Commercial Lending team
•    Responsible to attend meetings, seminars and training sessions as required
•    Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements Include:


•    Associate’s degree
•    Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial loan administration
•    Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management skills. Ability to prioritize initiatives and duties.
•    Ability to meet deadlines and follow directions in a timely, accurate and confidential manner.
•    Ability to work independently
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Familiarity with commercial loan documents, SBA loan documents, and insurance documents
