Accountabilities
Serve as the strategic owner of the commercial technology ecosystem, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned to business strategy.Drive strategic projects to improve commercial processes from concept to execution, including requirements gathering and system rollout.Define and optimize commercial systems architecture and governance.Own sales process design from a systems perspective to ensure streamlined execution.Design and implement reporting infrastructure to support forecasting and performance tracking.Develop commercial analytics strategies for sales targeting and marketing measurement.Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Identify gaps in current systems and explore new technologies to enhance effectiveness.Lead vendor management for commercial technologies and monitor performance.Evaluate and optimize commercial technologies, ensuring strong adoption.Train and support Commercial teams for effective tool utilization.Collaborate with Revenue Operations for a high-performing technology infrastructure.Present technical concepts and strategies clearly to stakeholders.Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles.Deep understanding of commercial systems architecture and integrations.Familiarity with healthcare buying dynamics.Strong analytical skills to translate data into business outcomes.Proven track record of driving improvements in commercial processes.Exceptional communication skills for all stakeholder levels.Ability to synthesize stakeholder needs into optimal systems design.Experience with change management and deployment of new systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.Self-starter with strong planning and organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Benefits
